Atlanta Wedding Vendors

Wedding vendors in the ATL come in all shapes, sizes and colors. We’ll be offering feedback and information on the best wedding vendors in Atlanat pure and simple. 

We base of findings and recommendation on feedback, years of experience, creativity and overall affability.  I mean you need to at least like the people you are working with if not respect them to some degree.

One colleague, was referred a photographer by another couple she respected and dined with often.  When she saw the portfolio of the photographer, she was horrified to learn that he was indeed hard to get… as a REAL ESTATE photographer and that his portrait skills were.. somewhat lacking.

When she mentioned that she felt his style was so-so, he quit.  She spent the next two months – all leading up to her wedding looking for another photographer.  Only to find that the style she wanted was waaayyy – outside her budget and that everyone else of ..uh hem..”qualty” had been booked months early and could not take her on as a client.

So, you guessed it – she made up with the original photographer that she insulted. This time, she gave him a list of explicit photos she wanted and made sure to provide him with examples of the lighting and mood she wanted.

That’s a lot of work for your own wedding day.  Keeping track of vendors is one worry that a bride and groom should not have to worry about.  So how did the pictures turn out? They were so-so.  Luckily, my friend added disposable cameras to her tables and a few other good photographers were in attendance at her wedding and offered, even better shots then the ones she’d paid for.
